I love being a part of the TCC community and I am so excited to empower you towards reaching greater health. I believe we are capable of more than we ever allow ourselves to believe, and that when we can move and think better – it leads to a whole lotta loving life – and that’s what I’m here to help you experience!

Outside of practice I play lacrosse for the Burnside Bears, love a walk with my Doberman Rigby, and enjoy a coffee or a feed me menu with my husband, Cam, and friends. I enjoy listening to podcasts and have recently renewed my love for books (I am open to recommendations!).
